Terms and Conditions

We are excited to offer you the chance to order Coastal Spring Lamb from your home and have it delivered direct to your door.

Coastal Spring Lamb is fresh (chilled) and individually wrapped and vacuum packed. We do not produce any product without an order… our way of guaranteeing freshness! You will receive the product 1-2 days after it has been produced and it will last for months if you decide to put it in the freezer.

We hope that buying product direct from our farm, along with our friendly and efficient service is a great experience for you...every time.


Terms of Sale:

  1. Your lamb order will be delivered fresh and vacuum packed.
  2. Due to the nature of our Lamb being fresh processed, orders can only be delivered to New Zealand locations.
  3. Please ensure you select the cuts you would like to receive on the order page. Once submitted and processed you cannot change your order.
  4. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be received, processed and dispatched. All orders are packed with ice packs and delivered in a sealed Polybin.
  5. Please ensure you supply a daytime business delivery address (Rural delivery isn’t currently available) to ensure your lamb is delivered securely and stays fresh. Someone must be available to receive the order.
  6. Payment is via PayPal. Your order will not be processed until you have completed the PayPal transaction fully. Once you have completed this successfully you will receive transaction confirmation emails and be directed to an order confirmation page where you can enter a personalised message if you are gifting the purchase.
  7. If an order is incorrect or for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact Chefs Choice within 2 business days either by email or telephone.
